You review the draft, we make final tweaks, then I publish the listing so it’s live and ready to host.

What’s included:
1 hour kick-off call to gather all information about your home, goals, requirements, policies, etc.
Market research and competitive analysis
Pricing strategy implementation (subscription to pricing software not included)
Fees and policies settings configuration (cancellation policy, security deposit, addt’l fees, check-in/out times, house rules, etc.)
Cleaning checklist and supplies inventory lists
Complete listing build-out: Arranged photos (you provide), SEO title and description, amenities, etc.
All guest facing copy including guest manual, arrival guide, and listing description
1 hour in-person or virtual property walkthrough (travel fees apply for in-person support) and readiness check, including safety basics, essentials stocking guidance, etc.
Unlimited email support in your first 14 days post listing launch. Additional support is available for $75/hr for the first 60 days post launch.
