Meet Samantha
Samantha spent years at Airbnb as a Host Optimization Specialist, working directly with multi-property owners across the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii to sharpen their listings, improve performance, and increase revenue. When Airbnb closed its Portland office, she didn’t leave the industry; She went deeper into it.
Samantha founded Lemieux Hospitality to do the work she’s always believed in: designing and managing vacation rentals with the kind of care and intention that actually shows up in the guest experience, as well as on the owner’s bottom line.
Today, she takes on a deliberately small roster of properties. Not because she has to, but because that’s the point. Every home she works with gets her full attention, her honest eye, and her hard-won knowledge of what makes a rental not just bookable, but beloved. And for her clients and their guests, effortless.
She’s based on the Oregon Coast and works with properties near and far.
